GREZZO RAW CHOCOLATE was born in Rome in 2014 with the aim of using raw food cooking techniques to develop nutritious, healthy and delicious desserts. Raw food pastry techniques only use vegetable (vegan or plant-based), organic, gluten-free (gluten-free) ingredients, mainly dried fruit and fresh fruit, with processing procedures that do not exceed 42 ° in temperature to maintain the nutritional qualities unaltered and the natural taste of food.
