DESCRIPTION:
This pitted organic olive oil is a higher quality and very rare product in which the pulp of the olives is separated from the nut before pressing, thus, obtaining an extra virgin oil with the most delicate shades, able to meet the most sophisticated taste of those not accustomed to richer olive oil.
This extra virgin olive oil features a perfect balance between a bitter fruity and a spicy flavour, a particularly fruity taste, and an energetic aftertaste with aromatic notes of fruity and freshly-mowed grass. This extra virgin olive oil is produced by cold extraction, which allows to preserve its full flavour, natural colour and nutritional value.
It is perfect to season steamed fish and vegetable dishes, preserving authentic dish taste and enriching dish preparation with precious fruity notes.
The production of extra virgin olive oil in Puglia is more than just an agricultural activity.
